My stay at the hotel was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious with beautiful sea views, a bath tub, and a large shower. I did find it odd that we were only given 2 sachets of coffee and 2 tiny lots of milk, but the reception was quick to provide more when asked. The service was top-notch; the staff were extremely friendly and always went the extra mile. The location was perfect, right on the seafront with great bars and restaurants nearby. The dining experience was delightful, and the omelettes each morning were a favorite. Overall, a great hotel with superb central location and very friendly staff.
The hotel had surprisingly modern and spacious rooms for a 2-star establishment, which was a nice touch. The night cap as an apology added a personal touch to the experience, although there was room for improvement in some areas of service.
The hotel had a standard room with no balcony but it was very clean and spacious. The spa water circuit area with around 5 pools and a steam room was fantastic. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, ensuring a great stay with excellent service. The location overlooking the beautiful bay of Cala Millor was excellent, although some parts were not yet finished during our visit. The dining experience offered a superb variety of options with everything you could think of available. Overall, a great value for money stay with wonderful amenities.
